Student Disability Services is committed to providing a community that ensures full participation for students.
SAS is the office designated by the University to review documentation and determine reasonable accommodations and resource for students. SAS is guided by the belief that each individual has strengths, abilities and talents. SAS’s vision is an inclusive environment that supports attainment of academic goals to professional goals for persons of all abilities. SAS provides assistance that will allow equal opportunity and equal access to education. Academic support services can include classroom/testing accommodations, accessible textbooks, access to/assistance with assistive technology and other services. Students with permanent/temporary disabilities may request services by contacting SAS and providing appropriate documentation.
Staff are available to provide consultations, feedback and trainings. Through partnerships with different entities on campus, SAS strives to create an universally accessible campus and community.
